The administrative team at Big Ben Cleaners includes a Manager, an Operations Manager, and a Clerk. While the Manager provides strategic guidance, the Operations Manager oversees the daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery. The Clerk handles the intake and dispatching of work orders along with other essential administrative tasks. Our mission is to deliver a comprehensive and high standard of cleaning services that meet customer expectations, executed by honest and trustworthy team members.
